Complete RECO & TREB Transfer

Submit a Letter of Resignation to your Present Broker

   

 

RECO requires a copy to be included with your Notice of Transfer.  There is no need to meet with your Broker to resign, your letter of resignation can just be emailed or faxed to them.

Include all of the following:

 

*Your completed Reco & Treb Transfer Forms

           * Reco $100 Transfer Payment

*Treb $25 plus Hst ($28.25) Transfer Payment

         *Copy of your Letter of Resignation 

      *Copy of Your Real Estate License if  you have it.
